Calendar of events:

Aug 30 - Sept 1: OPEN WEEKEND - Labor Day

Oct 18 & 19 - KRAWLTEX 4X4 CLASSIC

• $45 for rig/driver, includes one dinner ticket, one raffle ticket, koozie, and t-shirt (does not include camping)
• $15 for passenger, includes one dinner ticket (t-shirt, etc are additional cost - see below)
• $10 camping per tent/rv for full weekend
• $10 additional meal tickets for Saturday dinner (prepayment is suggested as we will plan food based on preregistrations)
• $12 t-shirts or 2 for $ 20 (prepayment is suggested to ensure you get one as we will order based on preregistrations)
• $3 koozies or 5 for $ 10 (prepayment is suggested to ensure you get one as we will order based on preregistrations)
• $1 raffle tickets (can be prepaid but we will be selling until an hour before the raffle also)

Important: This event will be limited to the first 75 to pre-register. Please register early to ensure t-shirts can be ordered.

On Open Weekends anyone is welcome to attend regardless of club affiliation or group size.

RATES

The OHVRA opens the gates at 8:00am on Saturday and closes at 8:00pm Sunday evening. Friday night arrivals may be accommodated with managements pre-approval.

The cost is $20 per vehicle which includes the driver.

Each additional spotter/passenger is $5.

Camping is $5 per night per tent/trailer.
